I’ve just placed an order – how do I check the status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your item. Also, you can email customerservice@wanderlust195.com to check the status of your shipment. 

Does Wanderlust 195 use recycled metals? 
Absolutely. We are all about recycling!

How do I take care of my jewelry? What do I do if it tarnishes?

Are your products made in the USA? 
YES! All jewelry is designed and manufactured in Chicago, Illinois. 

Can I keep my jewelry on 24/7?
Yes, but like all jewelry it can wear. To prolong the life of your piece please do not sleep, swim, workout, or bathe in your jewelry. Learn how to care for your jewelry under the Jewelry Care tab at the bottom of the home page.

Can I customize the jewelry anyway I want?
We certainly can try. Please contact us at customerservice@wanderlust195.com and give us a detailed description of your idea.

There was a mistake on my order, what should I do? 
If you find that we made your piece different than from your original order (i.e. misspelling, wrong metal or size etc.) please let us know immediately (within 30 days after it has shipped) and we will make it right. Make sure to always triple check the information you put into the personalization categories. Please contact customerservice@wanderlust195.com to report an error with your piece and attach a few photos. We are here to make sure your jewelry is perfect! 

Do you have a warranty?
We have a 3 month warranty for our plating and stones.
